Terms of Service

These terms apply to the A9 public website, client portal, and project services. A project proposal, invoice, or signed agreement may include additional terms specific to that engagement.

Projects and approvals

Scope, timing, pricing, revisions, maintenance, and third-party costs are confirmed before work begins. Client approvals and submitted feedback may be recorded in the A9 Client Portal as part of the project history.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not attempt to access another customer’s work, interfere with the service, or use A9 systems unlawfully.

Payments and third parties

Invoices are due according to the terms shown on the invoice. Payment processing, hosting, domains, and other connected services may be provided by third parties and are also subject to their applicable terms.
